Ingredients

Argentinian Chimichurri

  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 bunch parsley chopped
  • 3 tbs. scallion chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 bunch chives chopped
  • 4 tbs. shallots minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar quality
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice fresh
  • 3 tbs. lemon zest fresh
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil quality

  1. in a medium size bowl add minced garlic, shallots and chili flakes

  2. add finely chopped parsley, chives, cilantro and scallion

  3. whisk all together for 1 minute

  4. add red wine vinegar, and lemon juice

  5. whisk together for 1 minute

  6. slowly whisk in grapeseed oil

  7. fold in lemon zest

  8. let rest 5 minutes before serving
