Instructions
in a large bowl add egg yolks and Dijon mustard.
whisk until both are incorporated.
add minced garlic and lemon juice.
rapidly whisk until all is completely incorporated.
slowly start incorporating grape seed oil while rapidly whisking.
Continue adding rest of grape seed oil and let rest for 1 minute.
Fold in lemon zest and Kosher salt.
